These regulations define the rules under which we have operated at Business Pillars Consulting since September 2016. If you browse our site or use our consulting services, you agree to these rules. We don't write them in difficult language because we respect your time and conciseness. Our office is located in Kraków at 15 Floriańska Street. The site serves so you can find out how we cut out waste in small companies. You may not copy our content, charts, or photos without our consent. These are original materials developed during work in 183 plants in Lesser Poland and Silesia. If anything in this text is unclear to you, just write to us. We want the rules of the game to be clear from the first second of contact. We do not use any hidden entries or fine print, because in business, honesty and the result visible in your wallet count for us.

We carry out our services according to specific plans, without unnecessary fluff. The initial audit always lasts 4 hours on your floor or in your office. During this time, your people work normally, while we walk with a stopwatch and take notes. You do not have to stop production or change the schedule. After completing the measurements, you receive a list of 7 changes that you can implement starting tomorrow. If you choose a Lean Sprint, we work intensively for 14 business days on a specific bottleneck. Our goal is to recover an average of 4.2 hours per week for every employee. We are not theorists, so we focus on hard data. If we decide that we are not able to help you earn more, we will say so openly at the beginning of the conversation. Our work is based on facts, not on empty promises, which is confirmed by 97.3% of satisfied business owners we have worked with in the last 12 months.

With us, you always know how much you will pay. The initial audit costs 3,457 PLN net, and the Lean Sprint is priced at 12,840 PLN net. We add VAT to the prices according to regulations. You pay for the audit once after receiving the results. For larger projects, we settle in stages so you can see the results before the next payment. We do not use any subscriptions or fees just for staying in touch. You pay for specific recovered time and organized processes. We send invoices electronically because we implement document automation ourselves and avoid unnecessary paper. If you need additional consulting hours outside the established plan, we will always set the rate before starting. This way you avoid surprises during settlement. The average return on investment for our clients is 4.7 months. This means our services quickly start earning for themselves through real savings in your production or office process.

We guarantee that our measurements and analyses are reliable. We take responsibility for pointing out real places where your money is leaking. However, we cannot be responsible for whether you implement our recommendations in life. Lean methods and 5S standards only work when you and your employees follow the new rules every day. If the team returns to searching for tools for 15 minutes after we leave, the savings will disappear. The results we write about, such as shortening invoicing to 52 minutes, are real examples, but every company has its specifics. We do not bear responsibility for errors resulting from ignoring our safety instructions during the implementation of changes on the floor. We advise on how to earn more, but final decisions on changes in your plant belong to you. Our role is to provide you with the best tools and knowledge so you can effectively manage your time and margin.

In ultimate cases, the court in Kraków decides, but in 11 years of activity, we haven't had such a need.
